Accessing the Portal is easy. Simply click on 'Clients' in the main navigation and then on 'Client Portal'.
Here you will see a 'Client Portal' button, allowing access to our system, 24/7.
When you have logged in with your credentials, you will be greeted with a dashboard.
If you are here to collect your compliance documents for your associated workers, navigate to the 'Assessed Candidates' Tab and this will reveal an 'Approved Candidates Box'.
By clicking on this box, a list of approved candidates will appear and you can click on each candidate individually to reveal a host of information. From recent feedback through to all compliance documents.
All the documents can be downloaded and saved on to your local system.
