Client shift alerts

Not getting shift alerts to my email.

Hi this article helps to solve any issues of clients who are not getting alerts to their emails. 

Normal Process

When a worker accepts a shift the client is immediately informed the shift is taken via a confirmation email. 

If you are not getting these then we need to solve it ASAP. 

  1. junk/spam for email alerts as sometimes it goes straight to those folders

  2. As a client please don't use the app if you want scheduling alerts. Please logout of the app to receive alerts via email again. 

  3. Please enable remote support access in your account? To do this, click "Help" in the top-right hand corner of the screen and in the drop-down menu, click "Enable Support Access".

  4. Please go to the help portal and chat with a technical help assistant 24/7 chat here
