Hi this article helps to solve any issues of clients who are not getting alerts to their emails.
Normal Process
When a worker accepts a shift the client is immediately informed the shift is taken via a confirmation email.
If you are not getting these then we need to solve it ASAP.
- junk/spam for email alerts as sometimes it goes straight to those folders
- As a client please don't use the app if you want scheduling alerts. Please logout of the app to receive alerts via email again.
- Please enable remote support access in your account? To do this, click "Help" in the top-right hand corner of the screen and in the drop-down menu, click "Enable Support Access".
